Next interview with M. Montserrat: “Leading without a compass”

“Lead without a compass.” Under this suggestive title, Ana María Farré, director of the Women Leaders in Education community, will interview on March 30 M. Montserrat del Pozo, Superior of the Missionary Daughters of the Holy Family of Nazareth.

An interview that can be followed live and online on the YouTube channel of Women Leaders in Education of the XXI century, a community that aims to give visibility and momentum to those projects led by women and related to educational innovation.

It is impossible to synthesize here the brilliant curriculum of M. Montserrat del Pozo. Mention everything done in the more than 35 years as a teacher and director of schools such as the Col·legi Montserrat in Barcelona (Spain).

Since 2013, M. Montserrat has been the head of the Missionary Daughters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, but before exercising this responsibility she forged a broad professional profile that has made her one of the world leaders in education.

The term “educational innovation” has always been associated with it since she began her teaching career. Educational Innovation Award in 2010 and 2014, Montserrat del Pozo has dedicated her entire life to researching the most innovative theories of education and successfully implementing them. First, in the Col·legi Montserrat, and later in the rest of the schools that the Nazaret Global Education network has in Brazil, Cameroon, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Indonesia, Paraguay, Timor-Leste and Venezuela.

Author of numerous books and articles, trainer of management and teaching teams around the world, Montserrat del Pozo has become one of the most respected voices when it comes to leadership and pedagogical innovation.
